This Privacy Policy explains how Greig Porter (“I”, “me”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you visit this website or ask me to help connect you with a real estate professional. I use your information only to help you personally — not to put you in a sales funnel.

When you fill out a referral request or contact form, I collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, where you currently live, where you need help, the type of help you are looking for, approximate timing, and any details you include in your message.

I also receive limited technical information automatically, such as the type of device and browser you use. I use this only to keep the site working and to understand, in general terms, how people find it.

I use your information to understand your situation, respond to your request, and help connect you with a trusted real estate professional suited to your needs. I may also use it to follow up with you about your request and, with your permission, to share relevant updates from time to time.

When you ask me to help connect you with a real estate professional in an area I don’t personally serve, I may share relevant details from your request with that professional so they can reach out to you. I share only what is necessary to make the introduction, and I choose carefully who I refer — people I would feel comfortable recommending to my own family.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for unrelated advertising.

If you reach out about your own next chapter as an agent, I use the details you share only to have a genuine conversation with you about what comes next. Any discussion of eXp Realty, revenue sharing, or related opportunities is informational only and is not a guarantee of income or success.
